Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know that we finally got some help from customer service and our phone should be back on for Monday. My husband managed to get things worked out and get us a new phone in the process. We apologize for the inconvenience!
I apologize for the inconvenience. We went to switch phone plans and they didn't do it right. We are trying to fix it as it now needs unlocking. It may be down through the weekend as we may have to outright replace the phone, which can only be done in the city. We've been having troubles getting an unlock code and have now emailed the company. We are still available by email and again, apologize for the inconvenience.
